Silver Cross Energy Partners LLC (SCEP) is actively pursuing a committed equity capital partner—ideally a private capital group or family office—to support our next phase of strategic growth across the Permian Basin and select high-potential basins in the U.S. We are targeting an equity raise of $30–50 million to build a scalable, liquids-weighted asset portfolio delivering 2,500 BOEPD within 24 months and surpassing 5,000 BOEPD over five years.
This capital will fund acquisitions of PDP-rich oil and gas assets with redevelopment potential. While our core operational presence is rooted in the Central Basin Platform and Midland Basin fringe, we are also evaluating attractive opportunities in East and South Texas, Oklahoma, the Gulf Coast region (Louisiana, Arkansas, Mississippi, Alabama), and the Rockies, including North Dakota, Wyoming, and Montana.
In January 2025, SCEP completed the successful divestiture of a 10,000-acre asset base in Andrews and Crane Counties, Texas—previously held by our investor fund, Silver Cross Energy Management LLC. The properties were acquired from Endeavor Energy Resources LP in December 2023, producing 170 BOPD at the time of acquisition. Through focused operational enhancements, we increased production to 230 BOPD—a 35% uplift—prior to the sale just 13 months later, generating an outstanding return on investment for shareholders.
